Emily is excited to be taking her first semester of German. She is still a little shy using it though. She wanted to get some ice cream (Eis) and I told her she had to go in the eis cafe and order it herself. She went in and thought she asked for a cone with a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate. As you can see from the picture, she still needs a little practice. You'd think the first clue for the waitress was that she was alone and not likely asking for two cones.
